To create this feature, we got the widget from Amazon, added it to a Content Block, and dropped it onto the page.  Content Blocks are a Drop In Application that let you literally drop scripts and third party widgets into your site and bypass the code validation that our Page Editor does. Clients use them to add all sorts of elements to their sites like video libraries, Google Apps, or Facebook elements.

 You may have noticed a slightly delay before the Amazon widget loaded.  That is a risk any time you want to include elements served by other providers.
