All customers get one-on-one training and a toll free support line. Too busy to talk in person? We also provide a robust online support center with a Quick Start Video, online Help, and hold regular webinars so that you can create and easily manage your website on your own terms.
When your SiteCM website is ready, one of our dedicated group of support professionals will contact you to personally introduce you to our online help center and schedule your training session. Our friendly and approachable staff are ready to answer your questions and train you on the more advanced components of your SiteCM license. We also understand that as your business grows and changes so do responsibilities. We are happy to train your new staff at no additional cost to ensure they get the same professional training for SiteCM that all our customers receive. Do you have a team that will be sharing the responsibility of managing your web site? Not a problem. We can provide training for up to 10 employees at a time in multiple locations.
All SiteCM licenses include toll free support from our training and customer service team. This is not an anonymous call centre contracted out to the lowest bidder but a dedicated group of support professionals working in our head office.
