The name is definitely a mouthful – BC Association for Individualized Technology and Supports for People with Disabilities – but their goals are simple. BCITS is committed to enabling people with severe disabilities, who need assistive technologies, respiratory services and supports, to meet their needs while living in the community. They use the Resources Library to post their newsletters and include videos.

Cinnamon Bun Fun Run

Since 2005 a group of dedicated runners have volunteered two and a half months of their time to present what has become a favoured Ladysmith event - the Cinnamon Bun Fun Run. Born out of Sunday morning conversations among community-minded runners, the Cinnamon Bun Fun Run has become running fun for both family and friends.The general public is invited to participate in a 10km or 5km fun run/walk which raises money & donations for the Ladysmith Food Bank.

Online registrations are accepted each year using SiteCM's Feedback Form. The data is exported to an Excel spreadsheet and managed by the race officials.
